Bid3Bid4 Terms of Service
Last Updated: 6 October 2026
Welcome to Bid3Bid4. By accessing, registering with, bidding on, purchasing from, consigning items to, or otherwise using Bid3Bid4, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Our Services
Bid3Bid4 provides online auction and sales services primarily for football jerseys and related collectibles, including match-worn jerseys, player-issue jerseys, signed memorabilia, limited-edition items, and other football-related collectibles.
Items may be offered directly by Bid3Bid4 or on behalf of third-party sellers or consignors.
2. Accounts and User Information
Users participating in auctions must provide true, accurate, and valid information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and login credentials and are responsible for all bids and transactions made through their accounts.
If Bid3Bid4 reasonably suspects that an account is associated with false information, identity misuse, false bidding, bid manipulation, or other improper activity, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the account.
3. Bidding
All bids must be made with a genuine intention to purchase the item.
Once a bid has been submitted, it cannot normally be withdrawn or cancelled because of a change of mind, bidding error, or other personal reason, unless otherwise approved by Bid3Bid4 at our discretion.
Bidders are responsible for checking the item information and confirming the bid amount carefully before submitting a bid.
Where proxy bidding is available, the system may automatically place bids on the bidder's behalf, subject to the applicable bidding increments, up to the bidder's specified maximum amount.
False bidding, sham bidding, bidding without an intention to pay, self-bidding, collusive bidding, artificial price manipulation, or any other attempt to manipulate an auction is strictly prohibited.
Bid3Bid4 reserves the right to cancel suspicious bids, cancel transactions, restrict future bidding privileges, or suspend or terminate accounts where suspicious or improper bidding activity is identified.
4. Auction Period and Results
Each auction item will display its applicable bidding start and end times.
Unless otherwise stated, no new bids will be accepted after the specified auction closing time.
At the end of an auction, the bidder who has submitted the highest valid bid recorded by our system will normally be considered the winning bidder.
Bid3Bid4's system records will be an important reference in determining bid times, bid amounts, and auction results.
If a system failure, network issue, data error, or other technical problem materially affects the fairness or operation of an auction, Bid3Bid4 reserves the right to review the bidding records and take appropriate action, including cancelling, reinstating, extending, or restarting an auction where appropriate.
5. Winning Bids and Payment
A successful winning bid constitutes the bidder's commitment to purchase the item at the final winning price.
Full payment for a winning item must be completed within 48 hours of winning the auction.
If payment is not received within the 48-hour payment period, Bid3Bid4 reserves the right to:
- Cancel the winning bid and transaction;
- Offer the item to another buyer or place it back into auction;
- Restrict or suspend the bidder's ability to participate in future auctions; and/or
- Terminate the account in cases of repeated or serious non-payment.
Winning bidders should retain their payment records for verification if required.
6. Item Descriptions and Authenticity
Bid3Bid4 takes the provenance and authenticity of football memorabilia seriously.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions of auction items, including, where applicable, information concerning the season, player, shirt number, version, match use, signatures, and provenance.
The following descriptions generally mean:
Match-Worn — An item for which information or evidence supports that it was worn by the relevant player during a match.
Player Issue — An item manufactured or prepared for player or team use. This does not necessarily mean that the item was worn in an official match.
Signed — An item bearing a signature attributed to the relevant person. Any supporting documentation available will normally be identified in the listing.
Bidders should carefully review the full description and all available photographs before placing a bid.
7. Condition of Collectibles
Many items offered through Bid3Bid4 may be vintage, used, match-worn, or otherwise collectible items with considerable age.
Such items may show normal signs of age or use, including fading, stains, loose threads, deterioration of printed details, cracking or peeling of names, numbers or sponsor logos, and other signs of wear.
Where such characteristics are reasonably disclosed in the listing or visible in the photographs, they will not normally be considered defects.
Bidders are responsible for assessing the condition of an item before bidding.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Due to the unique, used, vintage, and collectible nature of many Bid3Bid4 auction items, winning bids and completed auction purchases are generally final.
Returns or refunds will not normally be accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, personal preference, or other reasons unrelated to a material problem with the item.
If an item received is materially different from its listing or description, the buyer should contact Bid3Bid4 as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant photographs and information for review.
All return and refund requests are subject to review and approval by Bid3Bid4.
Items returned without prior approval may be refused.
9. Shipping and Collection
Hong Kong
Buyers in Hong Kong may generally choose between:
- Collection or an agreed face-to-face handover; or
- Local courier delivery.
Hong Kong delivery or collection may be provided free of charge where stated or agreed. The final arrangement will be confirmed with the buyer.
For high-value items, Bid3Bid4 may require the courier to deliver directly to the named recipient rather than to a parcel locker, convenience store, unattended collection point, or similar location.
International Shipping
International shipping charges will be quoted according to the destination, item value, weight, and selected shipping method.
Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or territory.
10. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is recommended for high-value collectibles.
Where additional shipping insurance is available, its cost and coverage will depend on the courier, destination, and declared value of the item.
If a buyer chooses not to purchase or declines recommended additional shipping insurance, any loss or damage caused during transit by the courier will, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be handled in accordance with the relevant courier's compensation and liability terms.
11. Consignment
Bid3Bid4 currently focuses on accepting player-related football jerseys and memorabilia for consignment.
Consignors must provide accurate and truthful information concerning an item's provenance, history, authenticity, condition, and other relevant details.
Bid3Bid4 reserves the right to review all consignment submissions and to accept or reject any item at our discretion.
If a consignor provides false, misleading, or materially incomplete information, Bid3Bid4 reserves the right to withdraw the item, cancel the auction, or cancel the resulting transaction.
12. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use Bid3Bid4 to:
- Place false bids or bids without a genuine intention to purchase;
- Artificially increase or manipulate auction prices;
- Use multiple accounts to influence an auction;
- Collude with other bidders;
- Use another person's identity or payment information without authorization;
- Provide false provenance or authenticity documentation;
- Interfere with the website, auction system, or another user's use of the service; or
- Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
Bid3Bid4 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take reasonable measures to protect the integrity and fairness of its auctions.
13. System and Technical Issues
Bid3Bid4 will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and proper operation of its website and auction system. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Where server failures, internet connectivity problems, third-party service interruptions, payment system failures, or other technical issues affect bidding, notifications, payments, or displayed information, Bid3Bid4 reserves the right to review its system records and take reasonable corrective action.
14. Website Content
Unless otherwise stated, photographs, item descriptions, text, logos, graphics, and other content appearing on Bid3Bid4 are provided for the operation and promotion of Bid3Bid4 and its services.
Such content must not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bid3Bid4 will not be liable beyond what is required by law for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, third-party courier services, internet or network interruptions, third-party payment providers, or other services not directly controlled by Bid3Bid4.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Changes to These Terms
Bid3Bid4 may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, auction procedures, payment arrangements, operational requirements, or applicable laws.
Updated Terms will be published on the website and will apply from the stated effective date.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute arising from these Terms, an auction, or a transaction should first be addressed through reasonable good-faith discussions between the parties.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
