This Legal Notice applies to the Bid3Bid4 website, online auction services, and related platforms. By using this website or participating in any Bid3Bid4 auction, purchase, or consignment, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service, Shipping and Delivery Terms, and other applicable policies.

1. General Notice

Bid3Bid4 primarily provides auction, sale, and consignment services for football jerseys and related collectibles, including match-worn jerseys, player-issue jerseys, signed memorabilia, and other player-related football collectibles.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that item information, photographs, descriptions, and other content provided on the website are accurate. However, as some items are used, vintage, historical, or collectible in nature, descriptions may be based on information provided by consignors, historical records, provenance documentation, and other information reasonably available to us.

2. Authenticity and Provenance

Bid3Bid4 takes the authenticity and provenance of its auction items seriously and will make reasonable efforts to review the information and supporting evidence provided for each item.

Unless an auction listing expressly states that an item has been authenticated by a specific third-party authentication service, any description relating to match use, player issue status, signatures, provenance, or history should be considered together with the information, photographs, and supporting evidence provided in the relevant listing.

Bidders are responsible for carefully reviewing the full item description, photographs, condition, and supporting information before placing a bid. Any questions regarding an item should be raised with Bid3Bid4 before bidding.

3. Condition of Collectibles

Some items offered by Bid3Bid4 may be many years old and may have been worn or used by players.

Items may therefore show normal signs of age or use, including fading, stains, loose threads, deterioration of printed details, cracking, peeling, material ageing, or other signs of wear.

Where such conditions have been reasonably disclosed in the item description, photographs, or other information provided, they will not normally be considered a material discrepancy.

4. Bidding and Transaction Obligations

All bids must be placed with a genuine intention to purchase.

Submitted bids are generally binding. False bidding, sham bidding, self-bidding, collusive bidding, the use of multiple accounts to manipulate prices, or any other conduct intended to interfere with the fairness of an auction is strictly prohibited.

Successful bidders must complete full payment within 48 hours of winning the auction.

If payment is not completed within the specified period, Bid3Bid4 reserves the right, in accordance with its Terms of Service, to cancel the transaction, re-offer or re-auction the item, and restrict the relevant account from participating in future auctions.

5. Website Information

Bid3Bid4 makes reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and completeness of information published on its website. However, we do not guarantee that all website content will at all times be completely free from errors, omissions, or technical issues.

Where an obvious error is identified in an item description, price, photograph, bidding record, or other website content, Bid3Bid4 reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to correct the information and take reasonable and appropriate action.

6. Systems and Third-Party Services

Bid3Bid4 may rely on third-party platforms and services, including payment systems, website service providers, couriers, and other technology providers.

If an auction or transaction is affected by network interruption, system failure, third-party service interruption, or another event outside Bid3Bid4's reasonable control, we will review the relevant system records and circumstances and take reasonable action where appropriate.

7. Shipping Risk

Local courier delivery within Hong Kong is subject to a standard shipping fee of HK$50, which does not include shipping insurance or protection.

Where such coverage is available from the courier, buyers may request shipping protection based on the item's final purchase price. All related insurance or protection costs must be borne by the buyer.

If the buyer chooses not to purchase shipping protection, the risk of loss or damage during transit will be handled in accordance with Bid3Bid4's Shipping and Delivery Terms.

For overseas orders, shipping insurance based on the item's final purchase price is required where such coverage is available.

If insurance is unavailable for the destination and the buyer nevertheless instructs Bid3Bid4 to proceed with shipment, the buyer assumes the applicable risks of loss or damage during transit.

8. Shipping Claims

If a parcel is lost or damaged, the buyer must notify Bid3Bid4 within the applicable 3-calendar-day period specified in our Shipping and Delivery Terms and retain the item, all original packaging, and relevant documentation.

All courier and insurance claims are subject to the terms, assessment procedures, and final approval of the relevant courier or insurance provider.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bid3Bid4's liability for loss or damage during delivery is limited to the actual amount of compensation recovered from the courier or insurance provider. Bid3Bid4 will not provide any additional or complementary reimbursement.

9. Third-Party Trademarks and Intellectual Property

The Bid3Bid4 website may display the names, trademarks, logos, images, or other intellectual property of football clubs, national teams, sports brands, sponsors, players, associations, or other third parties for the purpose of identifying, describing, or displaying collectible items.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all such third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The display of any third-party name, trademark, or logo on Bid3Bid4 does not imply any official affiliation, authorization, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership between Bid3Bid4 and the relevant club, brand, player, association, or rights holder.

10. Bid3Bid4 Intellectual Property

Except for content owned by third parties, original text, auction descriptions, website layouts, graphics, branding elements, and other original content created by Bid3Bid4 are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bid3Bid4 will not be liable beyond what is required by law for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, third-party courier services, third-party payment providers, network interruptions, system failures, or other third-party services.

Nothing in this Legal Notice is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under the laws of Hong Kong.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and matters arising from the use of the Bid3Bid4 website, auctions, or related services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

In the event of a dispute, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through reasonable good-faith discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

This Legal Notice should be read together with Bid3Bid4's:
