Auction items on bid3bid4 may include new, used, signed, player issue, match-worn, display, limited-edition, or collectible items.

Because many auction items are unique collectibles, customers should carefully review the product photos, description, size, condition, and auction details before placing a bid.

Item Condition

Collectible and used items may show signs of age, storage, or use, including but not limited to marks, stains, creases, wear, loose threads, fading, signature variation, ageing of print or patches, and missing original packaging or tags.

These conditions will not normally be treated as defects if they are shown in the photos or described on the product page.

Bidding and Payment Disclaimer

All bids are generally final once submitted. Customers should check their bid amount carefully before confirming.

For proxy bidding, the maximum proxy bid entered by a customer is private. The final winning amount will be based on the last valid bid generated according to the bidding increment rule, not necessarily the customer’s maximum proxy bid.

Winning bidders must complete payment within 48 hours after winning. If payment is not completed within this period, the winning order may be cancelled and the item may be offered to the next eligible runner-up bidder, cancelled, or re-listed.

No Change of Mind Returns

Due to the unique nature of auction and collectible items, successful bids and completed purchases are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund due to change of mind, size issues, personal preference, or subjective expectations.

After-sales Requests

Customers may contact bid3bid4 within 48 hours after receiving the item if:

The wrong item was received
The item is significantly different from the description
There is serious undisclosed damage
The parcel is confirmed lost by the courier

Customers must provide clear photos, videos, or other supporting evidence.

bid3bid4 will review each case individually and may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, return refund, or other reasonable arrangements where appropriate.

Size and Colour Disclaimer

Product measurements may vary slightly due to manual measurement, brand cutting, shirt age, or previous use. Product colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Shipping and Insurance Disclaimer

Delivery fees, insurance coverage, and special delivery arrangements may be adjusted or confirmed before dispatch where necessary. bid3bid4 will make reasonable efforts to provide tracking information where available.

Courier delay, loss, or damage will be handled according to the courier’s investigation result and applicable delivery terms.
