All prices, bids, auction amounts, and checkout amounts on bid3bid4 are listed in Hong Kong Dollars HKD, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods

All auction purchases must be completed through the website checkout page. Orders will only be confirmed after full payment has been received.
Payment Deadline for Auction Items
Winning bidders must complete payment within 48 hours after winning the auction or receiving the winning notification.
The system may send a payment reminder after 12 hours.
If payment is not completed within 48 hours, the winning order may be cancelled. The item may then be offered to up to two eligible runner-up bidders, cancelled, or re-listed.
Late, failed, incomplete, or unverified payment may be treated as non-payment.
Delivery Information
Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information before placing a bid or completing checkout, including:
- Recipient name
- Contact phone number
- Full delivery address
- Email address
If incorrect or incomplete delivery information causes delay, return, failed delivery, or re-delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional charges.
Delivery Options
Delivery options, delivery fees, and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout or stated on the product page.
Delivery methods may include:
- Delivery
- SF Express
- Local courier
- Store pickup, if available
- Other suitable delivery methods shown at checkout
Shipping Fee and Insurance Adjustment
For certain auction items, shipping fees, insurance coverage, or special delivery arrangements may need to be confirmed or adjusted before dispatch.
If any adjustment is required, bid3bid4 will contact the customer where applicable before arranging delivery.
Delivery Risk
After the item has been handed to the courier, bid3bid4 will provide tracking information where available and assist with delivery follow-up.
Courier delay, delivery failure, loss, or damage will be handled according to the courier company’s investigation result and applicable terms and conditions.
